Our recovery services team combs through records of financial data searching for your lost assets and to identify the current holder. If we’ve reached out to you, most often that means your funds have already been located and we’re ready to go as soon as you give us the green light.
Our clients count on us to provide the smoothest and most efficient path to recovery as possible. Once our agreement is signed, our team immediately begins the recovery process, working with the holder and cutting through the red tape. Because we make sure you retain ownership of your funds, occasionally we’ll need a signature or too, and we take care of the rest.
The retrieval timeline really depends on the holder, and we’re here to expedite the process with them and make sure everything on our end is ready to go. Throughout the process you’ll receive updates in real time, and once the recovery is successful, we overnight the reissued funds and cover all expenses.
At Greenfield Capital Recovery, your safety is number one. We believe the best way to build trust is by having our clients’ back, so we’ve built our process to mitigate as much risk on your end as possible. We’re here to not just help recover your assets, but to also keep you secure along the way.
We’ve chosen to operate on a contingency basis, meaning that we don’t take any sort of payment upfront. We’re also only paid if recovery is successful. You’ll receive your funds in full, in your name, and only then be invoiced for services rendered.
We never take ownership of your funds. Our team’s power of attorney is strictly limited to facilitating the recovery and reissue. You retain sole-ownership of the original funds and the reissued check will be made out to it’s original recipient.
Once your funds are located, we work directly with the holder, so not only are you receiving the most up-to-date information, but we’ll also be able to avoid stacking fees while tracking any relevant escheatment deadlines to avoid absorption or the risk of forfeiture.
